The staff here were excellent, and the rooms were modern and fresh.

The hotel was in a marvellous and exceptionally nice location short walk to tourist attraction, downtown Nashville, and Grand Ole Opry. The room was spotlessly clean and had a microwave, a fridge, and a washing machine. There was a bathtub, a plus for me.

Decent location for our needs, right by airport, Nashville and downtown. The staff was accommodating and consistently courteous, always on hand when needed. The rooms were spacious with air freshener and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The night clerk really does his job.I had a problem with heating unit.The clerk apologize and move me with no problem.He showed he care.

I like that you have shuttle service available. It was great. Room size was nice. Sanyo TV was terrible.

The breakfast was kind of on the weak side. The fruits were very small and the overall choices were not to my liking. Local bakery fresh doughnuts would have been nice. The drink selections were very good. The vent in the bathroom was not hooked up. No switch for it at all.

Room very strong cigarette smell had to leave early because of this Stairs out side had stick stuff that was never cleansed up.Guy behind check in not friendly no personality. The lady was very friendly.

I had a really pleasant stay with spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff, and comfortable facilities.

He room was not clean head beads loaded with dust, I have a problem with allergys and I couldn't stop sneezing, in the bathroom was mold on the ceiling, their were spiders calling on the walls, asked for extra blankets and their were none available, also my second day I was gone the entire day to come back at night and my key wouldn't open my door so I had to walk all the way back down to the front desk with all the things I had just bought which was 7 bags to get another key. Very poor service. I've stayed at several Baymonts and never get this way about my stay.

Some areas of hotel needing to be updated. Bathroom facilities mainly.
